Rooms
Bryn Hebog has three en-suite room types: Double Room with Mountain View, King Room with Garden View, and Twin Room with Garden View. Rooms include luxury bed linen, Welsh decaf tea and coffee sachets, and face cloths. The dining room provides a coffee pod machine and a water cooler for guests.
Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast at Bryn Hebog is a home-cooked meal made with local produce and served as a full English/Irish, vegetarian, or gluten-free à la carte option. Eggs come from the owners' own hens, Christine's home-made gluten-free bread is served, and homemade jam and marmalade are available to buy. Martin cooks evening meals when booked in advance, and an on-site honesty shop sells snacks and soft drinks.
Gardens & Grounds
The garden has a gazebo with Towy valley views, a sun terrace, and a picnic area for wildlife watching. From the dining room, guests can watch birds at the feeder, including greater spotted woodpeckers. The conservatory and shared lounge provide seating, and the grounds include an observation point with sunset views.
Location
Bryn Hebog sits 3 miles from Carmarthen, 4 miles from the National Botanic Garden of Wales, and 7 km from Carmarthen Castle. Dryslwyn Castle, Carreg Cennen Castle, Aberglasney Gardens, and the Brecon Beacons National Park are within driving distance. Sandy beaches are less than an hour away, and the Gwili Steam Heritage Railway is nearby.
Services & Parking
The hotel provides free on-site parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and space for motorbikes. Guests can use luggage storage and key access, and an assistance button connects them to Martin and Christine without knocking on their door.
